Biography

Home Club: Tampa Bay Skating Club Oldsmar, Florida.

Training at: I train every morning before school and every day after school both in Oldsmar and at the Brandon rink where my coaches come from Kissimmee to train me three days a week, and the Kissimmee rink where I go every Saturday leaving my home at 4:00 AM to get on the ice by 6:00 AM. I also train in the summer with Olympic coach Valentin Nikolayev and Andrei & Tonia at their summer skating camp in Kissimmee, FL. My off ice training consist of strength training, stretching and ballet.

Coaches and Choreographers: For many years I have worked with two Russian Coaches Andrei and Tonia Berekhovski.

Emma just came back from the South Atlantic Regional Championships where she placed first and received the gold medal in her QR which advanced her to the finals where she placed seventh. Emma will now represent our region at the 2011 U.S. Junior Figure Skating Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah in December.

Emma also received two out of the three "USFS Special Achievement Awards" the first award for the athlete who earned the most points for a leveled step sequence in a program and the second award for a +2 GOE on her technical element footwork in her program. Emma will be featured in Skating Magazine and also on the U.S. Figure Skating web site.
